3. Processing time
   Once your order is confirmed, we will process the order and ship it within 5-7 business days.
   During busy seasons or holidays, processing and shipping may be delayed. We will notify you of any delays by email.
4. Shipping time
   Shipping time varies depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Usually:
   Standard shipping: about 5-10 business days.
   Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days, depending on the courier company.
   Please note that shipping times are estimates only, do not include processing time, and may be affected by weather, holidays, and other uncontrollable factors.
5. Order Tracking
   Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can check your order status and shipping progress at any time.
6. Missing and Damaged
   Please check the product immediately upon receipt of the package. If you find that the product is damaged or missing, please contact us within 24 hours. We will handle and resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.
7. International Shipping
   We provide international shipping services. Shipping time is usually 7-21 business days.
