   The returned goods must be in unused condition, and all labels and packaging must be intact.
   Items not accepted for return:
   Specially customized or personalized products.
   Used products (such as gardening tools, gloves, etc.).
   Products that are not within the 30-day return period.
2. Refund Process

   Provide your order number and reason for return.
   Return Address:
   You will receive a return confirmation email with the return address and further instructions.
   Product Return:
   Please return the product to the specified address to ensure that the product is intact. It is recommended to use a tracked mailing method to prevent the package from being lost.
   Refund Processing:
   Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
   The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that the refund arrival time may vary depending on the policy of your bank or credit card company.
3. Exchange Policy
   Exchange Conditions: If the item you received is defective or damaged, you can apply for an exchange. The application must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods.
   The exchange process is similar to the return process. Please contact our customer service team for processing.
4. Shipping Policy
   Return shipping: Unless it is due to our wrong shipment or product defect, the shipping cost required for the return will be borne by the customer.
   Exchange shipping: For exchanges due to defects or damage, the shipping cost is borne by us.
